A unique situation occurred in which we worked with three buildings at the same time on this small section of the Keizersgracht. Three houses, three clients and three unique assignments. For this building we have provided the upper floors with a new layout. A compact two-room apartment has been created on the second floor and a more spacious four-room apartment on the third floor, attic and loft. Architectenbureau Vroom has prepared the design and permit for this project. The supervision of the construction phase was in the hands of the client. This project is a good example that every house, every approach and every project is different.
