TWIN AT UTRECHTSEDWARSSTRAAT

In the 50’s to 70’s a large part of the Utrechtsedwarsstraat was demolished: open holes defined the street. The building that was demolished in the ’70s, with its cornice and windows, was the basis for our new plan. Behind the traditional facade are six apartments and a garage, all a condition for the sale. The layout and the details are carefully worked out with red brick and precast concrete slabs.
